Excellent once you get used to it
So a lot of people are giving this a low rating I think patience and the realisation that at this price you are not going to get a professional machine but what you do get is a very low cost carpet cleaner that does do the job but in slightly slower way, you will need to go over the whole carpet first to get the shampoo down and then leave for a short while before going back over with the pump off to suck the solution back up. If you do this it does clean carpets really well and once you get used to doing it this way it's a bargain.If you want a faster way spend another £100 and get a machine that does it faster.I have found the build quality to be good and it is easy to set up and use once you've worked it all out.Overall a excellent priced machine for those who have a little more time to spare.

This product is crap
Great for cleaning and washing carpets but I have a problem with doing stair carpet as it has only got big brush head and it won't do the back of the stairs is there a small one for doing the back of the stairs when phoning the company up for advice don't hold your breath waiting for them to phone you back as iam still waiting and nobody has the decency to call you back????? Wish I had not rated this product now.

Possible malfunction within the water pipe section
Easy to use and ensemble.Requires patience and time.Unfortunately the water section no longer works and currently waiting to return item.Not even a year old and rarely used as only one carpet to wash in my home.

Great value for money
Actually for the money it cost , this machine did a pretty good job . Suction on normal Hoover function was good and it washed/cleaned my rug and stairs very well - lots of dirt removed. Fairly straight forward to assemble. The only bad design.i thought it had was the dust bag provided for normal hoovering is supposed to be rinsed after use , dried and reused . You can't empty as such so now it's full of dirt ...I can't see how you just wash it ??

I have only this hoover since January and plugged it in to use this morning and smoke coming out everywhere and then went on fire my wife smelt it burning wouldn't mind was a great hoover would love for you to contact me back

Exceptional Vacuum for a Brilliant Price
I needed a small wet and dry vacuum cleaner for a second home. I already have the Vax which I like but didn't want to pay the current retail price. I hadn't heard of the Vytronix vacuum before I started looking and was a bit worried about buying something new. It hasn't disappointed. The machine and motor are well made and easy to assemble. The suction is brilliant. The water pipes on the vacuum are built into the metal suction tube and therefore cannot get tangled like those on the Vax. You can remove the separate water tank when vacuuming and this reduced the overall weight of the device. The filter system on the vacuum is good and so far has prevented dust from recirculating. I have no hesitation in recommending this vacuum as it is real value for money. My only caveat is that I'm using it in a 2 bedroomed house. I'm not sure how well it would fare in a larger place.

Value for money
I was looking for proper carpet cleaner - seeing the prices I started to look for different options. Found this one. Being new product and all that I was sceptical. But if nothing else I'd have half working expensive hoover. I was so wrong. After speedy delivery, of course, I had to try the monster. 2 hours later with clean carpet in the bedroom, I'm more than happy. Brilliant. Not proper carpet cleaner, but excellent to stay on top of cleanliness of the carpets. Huge stain that doesn't go away? Well just clean by hand, use loads of water, this monster will do wet cleaning also. Like new.It has nice little angled brush, yep you guessed it...days of crawling along the walls to clean skirting boards are gone. Just walk along 5 minutes and everything is done. Want to do just quick dry hoovering? Hide your socks. This monster eats it all.

works fine powerful suction and doesn't leave the carpet too wet the shampoo connector sometimes comes adriftand is no good for very long pile (same as all the others) also the tubing looks a we bit flimsy but still is a better deal than the vaxworth the money
