I bought the book for myself. I am a woman in my 50’s but I was drawn to the sweet cover. I am glad I read it. It was like a warm hug.

Every book she has written is worth the read.

I love most of Patricia MacLachlan books and I was so pleased to see yet another chapter book by her. This one is another love story, a family love story, peppered with great opera music. Oh, by the way, I have been a fan of Patricia's for 30 years now! Any time, I want a book that will take me back into the safety and comforting arms of a loving family, I reach for Patricia's books. Thank you Patricia for another keeper to be read and savored over and over and over again.

Just started to read this. It can no longer be returned. All the pages are stuck together and ruined.
