Install the software that comes on the disc, then simply plug the device in and windows 10 detects it and you good to go. Only problem I had was my laptop didn't have a CD drive so I had to use my old PC to copy the contents of the CD to a USB driver. Not a problem unless you do have access to a CD drive :). The unit itself is fast and easy to use and good value for money.

It worked well for a few days but after that stopped working, even if it's reporting WiFi networks and connects to them. Most of the time the device misbehaves and disappears from hardware list and only unplugging and plugging it back in brings it back, but it disappears again in a couple of minutes.Speed isn't great either and no matter what antenna you attach to it, tried with an external TP-Link antenna.

Worked fine for a month or 2 then all of a sudden stops working, usb needs to be bent into a certain position for it to actually work

I'm using this product to generate a wireless signal from my PC's fast ethernet to use with my phones for wifi. It works very well, the range is very good. Would definitely recommend.

Used it to connect my desktop computer to the WiFi. It was very easy to install and it's been working well so far!

Stopped working within a month and now can't return. I will edit if seller somehow redeems this.EDIT: was provided a full refund, thank you very helpful.

Initially very impressed, however started to "loose" signal which we thought was our router failing, having now introduced a second router (MiFi arrangement) discovered it was the dongle failing and now completely dead after 5 months.
