Maybe great for running but not for sleeping.
Although desribed as such, these are not suitable as sleep headphones as the Bluetooth receiver/speakers are too bulky and hard for the ears. This makes them too uncomfortable if you turn your head to the side. In this respect they were a waste of money for me as I only bought them for sleeping.Having said that, they work well enough as they were easy to pair, the sound is good for the money and had no issues with staying connected...just left feeling a bit conned by the advert description.

Great little eye mask
I bought this for my son and he loves it. He was particularly impressed that whilst wearing it he was alerted to an incoming call. Very good for sleeping as the speakers are flat, unlike conventional ear plugs which are quite uncomfortable when lying down with them in your ears.

Great value-top product
This item is so easy to use and great for helpubg me to sleep quickly. Eye mask is comfortable and sound (including control of volume) is great.

Look elsewhere. Poor for the money
The eye mask is poor. The material quality is good. Nice and soft but it is too thick around the eyes. The controls work but are in the wrong place this adds to it being more uncomfortable. The speakers are quite poor and on full volume it very tinny no bass whatsoever. The speakers are in the wrong place for my ears and almost impossible to move them.

It marks the pillow black
I liked it but had to stop using it as after a few weeks it marks the pillow black and can’t be washed
