This is the best way to get your vitamin B12. Not too many companies sell the liquid version. It is easy to be B12 deficient.

Great stuff but it was loose in a box with just air bags on top. Consequently, it arrived with a cracked cap and about 1/4 of the liquid gone. I was on vacation when it arrived, so I didn't get to report it right away.

I have energy all day now!
