It is color safe for henna tints. I use it on my little dog also and he smells great for about 5 days. I don't have to worry about what's on him when I pet him.

It works very well for dry hair, and makes my hair shine after it's washed. BUT the CHEMICAL smell lingers for hours . ( I know the difference of a chemical odor and essential oils or natural fragrance)

I thought it would be helpful for my hair color to stick around longer. It took out more color than any other shampoo brand I have used in the past. The semi permanent hair dye I used was Unicorn Hair.Also, it made my hair feel both greasy and like straw. I did not care for the scent as well.

It also rinses out completely without leaving any film or buildup in the hair. My long hair feels incredibly smooth to the touch after shampooing–it becomes so soft and silky that I can almost skip conditioner.What I love about ecoLove is that it’s vegan, cruelty-free, and free of sodium lauryl sulfate. It also works well on my sensitive scalp and is perfect for different hair types. I use it and so does my child, and it works great for both of us.All in all, whether you have a kiddo or not, I’d definitely recommend ecoLove Natural Shampoo if you are looking for a gentle and eco-friendly shampoo that will make your hair soft and easy to manage.
