A must have in your gym bg
These are great for working on heavy lifts or pulls. I use them mainly for rack pulls and deadlifts. I had to get a size bigger than the chart recommended.

I purchased these when they were "one size fits all" ...
I purchased these when they were "one size fits all" and they were to large and didn't give me a secure grip on the bar, so they have been in the bottom of my gym bag, unused. However they are high quality and I doubt they will ever snap.
