Q: How does the size compare to the Orville and the Bahamas styles please??

I don’t know about the Oraville but I have purchased a pair of the Bahamas. They fit the exact same size wise but the Frappuccino heal is 1/2 inch higher which I prefer

I needed to order up an entire size. I wear a 9 all day long and 8.5 in boots. This sandal ran small.

Q: Is this a wedge flip flop with 2" height heel

They're somewhat of a wedge. The heel is 2.5 inches and the front sole is 1.5 inches.
