This is a great product for bowel health an overall calming of the digestive system. I discovered through product comparison that my body prefers organic slippery elm, however it is still of valuable benefit. I had to purchase this while waiting on my regular shipment to arrive so was still grateful for it! FYI: This tea is not packaged in individual tea bags, it is just powder sealed in plastic that you spoon into your hot water. If you’re needing help with soft or watery stool and digestive upset I highly recommend slippery elm.👍☔️💫🪴🙏

I take this at night before bed, and it coats my esophagus and helped me heal an esophageal lesion. For me, this is much better than taking all the anti-acid meds. I love it. (Note: this is a powder, which you could dilute to a tea. I like it as a thick, pudding-like mix.)

I bought three different brands of Slippery Elm bark powder. Celebration Herbals brand was noticeably more soluble than the other two brands. That's important to me because I think the more soluble it is, the more effective it will be. It's tastes okay.
