Excellent Red Light Therapy Device for Pets.
My holistic vet recommended red light therapy for my little miniature poodle who tore a tendon in her rear leg. She loves running more than anything and wasn’t able to run at all with her torn tendon. The vet said healing could take several weeks - possibly more so I was eager to try something that MIGHT speed up healing time. I love this little laser therapy brush device. It took a few tries for my little poodle to get used to the sound it makes and to relax as I’m brushing it over the area of her injury, but she warmed up to it and now enjoys each session we do. It’s been 4 weeks so far, and she seems to be able to move more freely.I can’t know for CERTAIN that it is helping but I feel very positive that it is. She enjoys our little ’sessions’ now and I am grateful for that. I see her jogging over to the fence now and I feel certain she is feeling some relief. I am excited to try it on my other 2 dogs for different things also.I, personally, use red light therapy for myself and have found it to be a VERY POSITIVE healing method. So why would it NOT work for our pets as well? That makes perfect sense to me.

Maybe?
The product is easy to use, but I'm not sure this works. I haven't noticed a difference on my old dog. I also tried it on my bad knees and also didn't notice anything.

Meh
I really wish that I liked this product better. It is supposed to do something, but I don’t see that it does anything at all. I’ve tried it on two of our animals, and neither one of them really cared at all about it. The cat wouldn’t sit still for it, so that didn’t help at all. I tried it on myself as well to see if I could notice anything, but I didn’t notice anything at all and felt no difference with my pain levels or anything. So, now I just have another gadget taking up space in a closet full of Healthcare items that don’t work.I wish it worked, but I cannot see that it does. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Time will tell if it's effective
Red light/laser therapy seems to be the rage right now. Whether for human application, or pets, it seems like it may be the next breakthrough in medical treatment. I recently got this to try to see if it can help with my dog that got Alopecia X. Since his case is severe, this will have to be a long term treatment to see if it will help him.As far as usability, it's easy to charge up, hold, and use. My dog is fairly cooperative, so I don't have any issue using this with him.Hopefully it'll provide some benefits to his hair growth!

This device is kind of hard to tell if it's really doing anything
This is a great device, and it does do something. If you run it over your own hand, you can feel something like static electricity, not a shock, just Feels like hairs want to stand up. I had a cat that had a allergy, and was losing some fur. I tried this out for about 10 minutes a night, for about a week straight. I don't know if it was this device, or the other things I was doing to try to help, But she's actually starting to get her hair back. And it's coming in thick. That is only one of the claims that this device makes, it says it can do a whole lot of things. Kind of like snake oil lol. Beware, this is no miracle cure for anything, but it does let you have a lot of hands on time with your animal. Which, can be very beneficial to them. it even says right in the directions it should not be used alone, Use any other treatments you can along with it. The device itself does function. It Works exactly like it is supposed to, just not too sure how to judge the effect. Animal seem to like it, it definitely doesn't hurt them, and they get extra attention. Overall, it is kind of hard to know the actual medical benefits of this device, but it definitely seems to do something, and gets your pet so much needed attention. Still, if you can afford it for your pet, I recommend trying it out.

Good brush and device for aging pet...
I got this for my 10.5 year old Border Collie, he has hip problems and some arthritis. The cold laser therapy is supposed to help some with arthritis and its pain. No I don't know if that's a proven concept but at this point I will try anything to help him age well. I like that it's not just the laser but a brush also, he'll stand still for being brushed more than being still for just having a device run over himI can't wait to see what the difference for him will be
