Kirkland Signature Almond Flour Blanched California Superfine, 3 Pound (Pack of 1)

I've bought this twice now, and the amount you get for the price is a great value compared to some other brands of almond flour. The first bag lasted me about 2 months. It is also super finely ground, a perfect wheat flour substitute for baking low-carb recipes!

I’ve been using this flour for low carb and keto baking and have been extremely pleased with the taste and quality. The price makes it an excellent value as well, since I don’t drive and cannot easily get to a Costco store to purchase it.

I started looking for an alternative to flour due to my diabetes. I’m not a constant bread eater but I wanted more choices when I started my new Keto diet plan.First I must say you get a great amount for the price. I have purchased other almond flours and there was no comparison! I loved that it was blanched it was not extremely course. This aspect makes it easy to use in many recipes! After using this almond flour, I don’t see myself needing anything else!

This is very good tasting flour, great in no gluten recipes. I have used it at 1/2 & 1/2 with cassava flour in chocolate chip cookies & it works great. Also in gluten free pancakes. Found recipes through google. If you want to cut gluten this is a great way to do it.

Baking

This is a good flour! I'm trying to stick with keto diet and I already baked cakes, pancakes, Naan, cookies with it. Good taste and texture.

This is a great price for almond flour and find that it cooks better than almond meal. The only other place that offers a better price for almond flour is Costco. I have made both brownies and chocolate chip cookies with this and you can hardly tell you are eating almond flour.

I use this in my Keto baking and this is the best price I've found here at Amazon. It's a good product, performs well, and I'm confident using it.
