NOT - The best vac/mop so far!
NEW UPDATE - I'm not a fan of this vacuum at all. After several months of use, I don't like. It runs low on power during its cycle (which is fine) but then it says its going to return to the docking station and then I find it in some random place in the house completely dead. It returns to the station about 70% of the time - I'm tired of picking it up and carrying it back to charge. It’s supposed to be so smart...its the dumbest robot vacuum I've ever had. The mopping isn’t great either, I find puddles of water around the house during mopping - not great for my wood floors. It also still smells up the entire house when cleaning the dirty water - the smell is aweful! I retract my 5 stars and give it 2 stars. For the money, it's terrible. I'm completely disappointed I bought it!!Second Update - I'm noticing a nasty smell from the unit when it's cleaning the water and drying the mop. Can't explain the smell, but it fills the entire house - it's not a nice smell at all. It also seems like the cleaning solution is still very full - I'm wondering if the unit isn't pulling the solution from the bottle. The robot works great, cleans great...but I really don't like the smell it gives off when the base unit is doing it's cleaning.First update: I’ve had this unit for about a week now, and I’m loving it so far! First and foremost, not having to deal with emptying a dirty, nasty-smelling water bin is a game changer. The ability to fill the clean water tank using humidity from the air is fantastic—if there’s enough moisture in your home to make it work. You can set your desired humidity level, with a minimum setting of 30%. However, if the indoor humidity is below that threshold, it won’t produce water. I live in Arizona, where it’s very dry, especially in the winter. I’ve set mine to 30%; there are times when the humidity in my house drops below that. After several days of low humidity, the water tank will get low, and I needed to manually top it off once. That said, I’ve set my robot to run daily with the heavy water option for mopping, so it uses more water. The tank dropped to about a quarter full, but adding a bit of water wasn’t a hassle. The robot is impressively quiet—I’ve never heard it empty the dust bin, which is a huge improvement over my other robots, where that process was always really noisy. The docking station is large and heavy, but that’s expected given its advanced features, like recycling dirty water and pulling humidity from the air. Again, not a dealbreaker at all. The robot vacuums and mops great, and I’m thrilled with its performance so far. There are so many pros, and no cons at all for me yet. Is is crazy expensive, yes! Is it worth the money, so far (for me) absolutely! If anything changes, I’ll update my review, but for now, it definitely deserves 5 stars!

Best you can find on the market for the price!
I’m so pumped I finally got the 3i S10 Ultra! Setting it up was super easy, and the user guide made it all clear. The robot picked up the layout of my home really quickly, I can control it through an app, set cleaning schedules, and even check on its progress in real time. The WaterRecycle system is awesome—no more manually changing water or draining it. Plus, the extendable roller mop is a total game-changer for deep cleaning. It does such a great job! The mop washing and drying feature is super efficient.I LOVE how it adjusts to different floors, whether it's hardwood or carpet, and changes the suction power automatically. It always gives a solid clean no matter what surface it’s on. The Intelligent Dirt Detection is another cool feature—it helps the robot focus more on dirty spots, so the floors stay spotless. The vacuuming mode is also really quiet, so I don’t have to worry about it waking me up. The AI obstacle avoidance is top-notch too, making sure it avoids anything in its way without getting stuck. For the price, I’m really happy with this purchase.

Heavy, Bulky, Quiet, As-Good or Better Than Other Robotic Combo Vacuum-Mop Overall
UPDATE (Feb 2025):Customer Care worked with me. They are very proactive, determined to make things right. There are indeed settings that can be tweaked to improve performance. Customer Care sent new roller. Replaced the roller it came with and the saturation of the roller improved. This time around it left much less discernible streaks. Light enough it cannot be perceived unless you stare at it at very close distance. After troubleshooting, mopping performance appears to parallel that of the iRobot m6 using iRobot’s approved Bona hard floor cleaner and of the good old Brava using its approved floor cleaning solution. The mop mode, however, seems dry even after setting it to the “wet” setting. The vacuum & mop mode seems to be the best and balanced setting for my application. Vacuum mode, as I’ve pointed below, is very quiet. The self-clean mode is also quiet. My rating is missing a 5th star because the app still needs some tweaking to make it more visually appealing, easy to navigate to set tasks/schedules and boundaries for maps.It is probably the largest robotic vacuum-mop I’ve seen so far. However, it can produce its own water for cleaning/washing the brush and dry it.ORIGINAL REVIEW (Dec 2024):I was very curious about this machine. The ability to extract moisture/humidity in the air was a plus for me going with this. The other contenders were the latest iRobot Combo Max 10 and the similar-spec Roborock.I owned countless iRobots since 2012, update every 1-2 years and I buy more than one of every new model for my multi-level home. I owned a Scooba I even forgot and 4 years passed before I realized my Scooba is still in original unopened shipping box. It was no longer supported. Several iRobot mop-only robots do a really good job. The Scooba is a real floor scrubber. The older tiny Brava Jet, Brava, and m6 do very well with my porcelain planks downstairs and my engineered hardwood planks upstairs. The defect I believe is the cleaner that they are specified to use with. They all leave some residue. I use Brava jet to finish the mopping with just plain water to remove residue.I mentioned iRobots because no matter how put down iRobots, at the end of the day, they always do better than any other robotic vacuums I ditched iRobots for.I ditched the iRobot Combo 10 Max for this S10 Ultra. I realized I don’t really care about anything else it does as long as it’s hands-free vacuuming and mopping. This S10 Ultra fell very short of what my separate s9+/m6 tandem can do. It cannot remove simple dirt that my iRobot m6 can tackle is in single pass. My home is free of pets and barely lived in. The porcelain tile floors just simply attract dirt. This S10 Ultra is inferior to iRobot.I’m not impressed with what it can do. I’m exploring possibility of returning it. When it mopped, it left too much sudsy residue, dried up, and left trails of dirt mixed during the sudsy mopping run, looking like the robot’s wheel tracks. This is not a very smart robot either. It eagerly climbs with increased velocity over furniture legs (the kind that are flat and sits horizontal on the ground typical in modern furnitures) and leaves itself entrapped. It does not learn from it despite its AI features. The robot is extremely bulky and likely an eyesore for people with minimalist home decor. It’s moisture extracting feature is not worth the bulkiness of the machine. You’re better off with a way more compact combo robot that empties its bin, refills the robot fluid tank, cleans and dries its mop, but requires hands-on attention once a month. The app is not very smart either. It can map a room very quickly and with more detail. Customizing the map draws the line between this and iRobots. iRobots have smarter and more customizable maps that really make sense. The app looks an eyesore to me. It seems cluttered and not very visually appealing. If you are more a minimalist, the app will look a real eyesore. Descriptions are missing during setup. Like the QR code location is described, but not how to get to that location. It described 2 locations for it, none visible at first glance. You need to pry open magnetically attached covers to reveal the QR code on the robot itself.Simple overall initial setup. App could be better. Vacuuming ok, and mopping a disaster what it showed me. Overall, I should have gone with the Combo Max 10.I’m leary to try other brands. Even if I want other brands to trash iRobots, and I’m rooting for others, they all disappoint me in the end. This S10 Ultra is as epic a disappointment as its bulky size with really nothing better to offer besides the moisture-in-air-extracting feature. My verdict: when even in slightest doubt if a good fit for you, DO NOT buy!
