Great addition to the spice cabinet

The vaguely sweet after taste of this was not my favorite until recently. Having heard a chef discuss the taste delight of combining contrasting flavors like salty and sweet helped me appreciate this fine art increasingly. Sea Seasonings Dulce has it all--healthy sea weed, iodine, low sodium, ogranic. Good as it gets! Adding a bit of sesame seed will intensify the saltiness of this dulse. Suddenly becoming sodium sensitive in my old age, 35 mg. of sodium in a teaspoon of Dulce versus 1,760 in a teaspoon of sea salt is incredible! This could be life saving if you're over 60. Can recommend this for flavor, effect, and health.

The fish flavor is overpowering. You cannot taste the garlic and it alters the flavor of the food you are cooking, leaving a very fishy aftertaste.

I bought two of these because I was looking for a more natural plant-based form of iodine to add to my diet. Tastes pretty much like garlic with a hint of fishiness from the dulse. Only thing that would make this product better is if it cost less or you got a larger quantity for the price. I'd order these again.

This is my "go to" seasoning. Just a dash and it adds a healthy burst of flavor to your food. When I cook for friends and use this seasoning I get lots of compliments. The added bonus low sodium and a great source of iodine. Love that it is organic.

Good flavor

An acquired taste for sure. I like this. It is a small bottle but will last a very long time!

I sprinkle this on eggs, and almost everything where I want a little extra flavor without salt. It's great sprinkled on cheese melted on a rice cake, for example. Adds a little extra flavor. I bought two of these, and am quite happy.
