Great keto noodles
I have put these in soup to make it more substantial. I have also had them on their own as a spaghetti substitute or as a noodle dish. They are lovely. Recommend.

Enjoyable if cooked right
Reading other reviews, I'm guessing where they are going wrong is that they are expecting them to be cooked like, or even taste like normal noodles.I find it best to give them a good rinse for 30 seconds in cold water, and then fry towards the end of making a dish, the lower calories means you can substitute having more sauce which is needed to give flavour to these noodles. They are an excellent filler if you are wanting to have pasta without the calories, or if you are in ketosis and want something different.

A decent alternative
A bit "chewy" but an excellent alternative to pasta or noodles. Doesn't separate easily once cooked but this is a minor thing, it just means spending an extra minute with a couple of forks so that you don't end up with a ball of spaghetti / noodle alternative. Will be buying again.

Yuk, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid
I bought these because we were looking for a lower carb alternative to noodles and these got better reviews than some others. On opening they smelt like bad fish and were in a weird sort of gloopy water. I checked reviews again and apparently this is normal! I heated them up and they were really horrid. very watery with an odd taste and just disintegrated when we added sauce. Really can't say how bad these were. Pretty expensive too

Miracle food
The price is quite high for such a small bag of noodles but they are great and I continue to purchase these! I had them in laksa recently and was very satisfied. They are flavourless so make sure the dish you are incorporating them into is a flavourful one. The price is consistent across supermarkets, so as to which platform you choose to buy should matter unless found somewhere on offer

The best konjac noodles.
At last, a konjac product that doesn't taste revolting! So many others retain that awful fishy taste even after cooking, but these are amazing. Really bulks out dinners without adding calories or carbs.

Low carb
For when you really need a pasta alternative, but don't want the carbs. Rinse well before use if the smell puts you off. Make a flavoursome sauce and these are great.
