Strong & effective
I have really bad issues with digesting meat, so I tried these and i’m glad I did. They are very strong! I think I took them a bit too close together, which gave me a tummy ache so watch out for that. Overall really good!

Did absolutely nothing for me
I have an illness whiich results in atrophc gastritis and subsequent difficulties with digestion. I trust the Plus brand having had other of their products, but this did absolutely nothing for me at all - so reverted to my usual 'fix', apple cider vinegar in warm water just before eating. That works every time.
