I've been taking these supplements for awhile now and I am glad I got them. They are well packaged and easy to swallow. The appear to be of high quality and I recommend them for anyone looking for a supplement like this.

These are large size capsules, easy to swallow with water. No bad taste, no stomach upset. There are 90 capsules in the bottle, and you're supposed to take three a day, so this is a one-month supply. Made in the USA, which I feel good about.I'm trying to get my teen to take these consistently, which is a challenge because ... well, they are a teen. So I can't really speak to how well they are working for them as far as clearing up acne. I don't really see a change in breakouts so far, but again, they are not taking them as indicated, and it's hot summer here right now which makes their acne worse.However, there are good vitamins in here that my teen needs to be taking anyway. (Be sure to check the ingredients list if you're taking other vitamins, so you don't overload on any vitamin that you shouldn't). It's also got some other natural type ingredients that probably can't hurt. I am sure that as with any supplement, consistency in use is key.

I recently discovered this brand through their "Fast Enzymes" and was impressed by the quality of that supplement. Since then, I've been on the lookout for their other products. Though I'm well into my 40's I still struggle with the occasional breakout on my face (thank you, hormones!) and am always on the hunt for natural treatments since a really bad course of Accutane in my youth. I took these for a solid 2 weeks before writing this review. It's only been a short time, but within that timeframe I haven't had any breakouts and my skin just feels more calm and soothed. Again, can't really know after just 2 weeks, but so far, so good. I continue to be impressed with PUREHEALTH!

I had been taking the suggested dose (3 pills) pretty much daily for a few weeks, and it seems to be helping, but it's really hard to say. When I started taking these I also made my daily face washing/shaving/moisturizing routine more consistent and started doing the same thing every day (instead of shaving every other day, not moisturizing every single day). Since I started doing both, my skin has been clearer than it's ever been before (noticeable difference from before), but it's hard to say how much I can attribute this to the supplement vs the consistent skin routine. These are pretty expensive but I think they're worth a try.

Pretty much every supplement that is discussed on the internet as potentially helpful for acne is included in this shotgun supplement. You may be taking several of these, like vitamin D, already, so you'll want to check the dosages to make sure you're comfortable with the total dosage amount, because the amounts included in this product appear to assume you are not taking additional amounts of the supplements in this product. Also, the research supporting efficacy of many of the ingredients is sparse; so you should research them and come to your own conclusions. For me, though, the supplement makes sense, especially when combined with a fasting diet that carries its own benefit for skin health.
