I’ve been using this red light therapy wrap for a couple of weeks now, and I’m really impressed. It’s lightweight, easy to wear, and the heat is very soothing. I use it mostly on my lower back and shoulders after long workdays, and it noticeably reduces tension and soreness.

This red light treatment belt really helped me a lot. As a white-collar worker who often sits in the office for a long time, my lower back often feels sore. Since my friend recommended this treatment belt, I have been using it every night. The design of the belt fits the body very well and is very convenient to use. After each use, I can feel a significant relief, and the pain in my back has decreased a lot. I particularly like its 850nm LED red light technology, and I feel that the effect is very obvious. Now, my work efficiency has improved a lot and my mental state has also improved. This belt is really worth recommending to anyone who has the same problem.

I don’t understand how I can connect a battery pack to run the vest. The instructions seem unclear on this.I have a separately purchased battery pack - I knew this would not have a battery pack included. However the end of the cord with the on off and other controls that comes with the vest has a round connection part at the non vest end. I have several options for battery pack connection like type C, type B or type A inserts points.No round port insert option.If one needed to buy an extra something to make it work with battery pack, I think that should have been clearly specified. If it has a way to connect it to a battery pack that should be clearly shown.Maybe mine came missing a part?I got this one so I would not have to use it right near a wall outlet and instead could be freed up by the battery pack option to move around. Unfortunately so far I cannot figure out how to use it with battery pack at all.I tried “asking a question” but got a useless reply from “Rufus”.Update: The support website and email provided in the user manual do NOT work.I suppose it is a good price for what it is even if I can’t make it work with battery pack. I am assuming it is legit as to the basics claimed. It looks like the company is not available to contact though which is suspicious at the least.

I received my replacement vest, and feel so much better. The red lights are so beneficial to me and my lungs.

This device is for normal sized women or men under 200 pounds. I’m not sure if I like it. Maybe its better to buy a pad you can lay on or put over you when laying down.

Since I have been working as a driving instructor for 8 years . I have been having a back pain and shoulders pain for long time ! I try several ways to release the pain . But nothing really works! And I searched online found the red light therapy good for the back and shoulder pain . So I bought this red light therapy vest to try . It seems really works well for me ! I felt the heat and pain relief after using! It really surprised me ! Right now I almost use it every night 20-30mins while watching TV ! I feel my back and shoulders much better ! Very easy to follow the instructions to use ! And value for the money I paid ! Good product and recommended to my friends !

I work retail and use this red light mat when I get home from work. The lights on the neck support target my upper back and neck too! Rather than trying to wrap something around my upper back and hold it in place, it was nice to just lie down on the mat. The controls are easy to understand and use. Love the 5 light settings, 2 pulsing settings and timer. It is comfortable and rolls up for easy storage. The dark glasses are sturdy and block the red light well.

Waste of money. Does nothing. I tried it and it's completely useless. Don't waste your money. There can be benefits from certain frequencies of light, but this jacket isn't doing anything. I'm an idiot for not returning it, but I wanted to give it a fair chance, and 30 days isn't long enough to determine if it works. It's also very uncomfortable and traps sweat.
