heavy duty
This worked very well. Have to dill holes in the floor to attach but once attached it kept all water out of my garage. Very strong and no issue with car running over it daily. Just be sure you make correct measurements before trimming the aluminum threshold.

Great product
Stopped all water intrusion from under a roll-up door. If installing in concrete, make sure to use a hammer drill rather than rotary so that the holes are sized properly. I had to shorten to fit my door opening. This was simple with a Dremel tool. Highly recommend.

Work great in threshholds
These work great in threshholds for garage and commercial buildings. You do have to caulk well around and under if possible for the best seal to keep out the weather. They are Durable. Item takes a while to arrive from seller because they are from out of the country, but because of few options it is worth the wait.
